This is a very simple method to use. All you need to do is mix a few drops of dishwashing liquid in a bucket or pot of warm water. The amounts you use of either will depend on how large your kitchen is.

Then once the solution is mixed and ready, take a soft, clean sponge and begin to wipe your walls. Depending on the surface of your walls, you do not have to rub too hard. You do not want to take off any paint or wallpaper, etc.

Since dishwashing liquid contains degreasing formulas, this solution should cut through the grease in no time. You can always bump up the temperature of the water a little as hotter water cuts grease as well.

That way you will have grease-fighting elements working on your side. That should make your cleaning task a little easier.

Method 2: Warm Water & White Vinegar

This combination requires a 50-50 solution. You need at least 1 cup of warm water and 1 cup of white vinegar. If your kitchen is larger, you can up the amounts but keep them at the same amounts.

Again, you should use a soft sponge when applying the mixture to your walls. You do not want a scouring pad or rough sponge to protect the paint and wallpaper. Or you can use a nice clean, solid but soft cloth instead.

Also, you can put the solution in a spray bottle or just leave it in a bucket or large pot. This application method is up to you and use whichever one is easiest for you. When you wipe the solution onto the grease, let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it off.

Just make sure to use a clean towel to wipe the solution off again.

This is a very heavy-duty cleaning product that is used in many commercial and industrial situations. make sure to ventilate your kitchen well and if you do not have enough windows or a door, use a fan to clear the air.

This product is so strong it can strip the paint off the walls. That is okay if you are going to re-paint but not okay if you like the color of your kitchen. Make sure to place gloves on your hand. This chemical can harm your skin if you are not careful.

Follow the instructions on the box to get the right mixture amounts of all the ingredients. Then use a good sponge to wipe the walls down. Rinse well as you do not want any TSP residue left on the walls.

Method 4: The Alternatives
